24 nearing the end, Variety reports

I will spare you the cliches about the countdown to the ground, etc. “Variety” reports that there are increasing signs that the last season of “24″ Among the factors cited, the most important: the costs are rising for the implementation, while the basement, but not dramatic enough to indicate the show had its best days votes.La end of the TV series does not sound the death knell for the concept. Say, Kiefer Sutherland and producer for many years that if “24 end” that run on Fox, will they lose their focus on a wide-24th “If it works, it could be the beginning of a series of films théâtre.Un other obvious problem is the basic conceit of the series: You can not always put people in the room for a whole day. But seriously how many” 24 “fans the clock time since the season? If anything, it is one of the points still fun avec.Si loyalists “24″ do loop end of the season, at least it is on a good note. Sure, it isn’t as good as it use to be, but 24 is still the best drama on television….by far.
Everyone seems to agree that the Dana Walsh sub-plot is terrible, I can’t understand why they would have done that. But, the not-stop thrill ride is still just that.
Next week’s show looks like it will be outstanding.
I actually liked Seasons 2 & 5 the best. It used to be every season had 1 or 2 bad episodes (S1-Terry’s amnesia, S2-Jack tortured to death and revived, S3-Flight back from Mexico,etc) but since Season 5, there are few good episodes. No one really cares about these characters anymore. I can’t believe they continued after they had to build a season 6 around Jack’s evil family. What a waste. Season 7 was mildly entertaining. This year is the worst
I think the show is still good for the most part. However, I have to agree that the ‘Dana’ story line ranks up there with the mountain lion in being very idiotic.
24 is a cartoon. It was interesting for a couple of seasons, but it has become a parody of itself. It should have ended years ago.

Weak show, weak writers, weak acting all the way around. It hasn’t been good since the first season and the quality then was questionable.

This is by far the worst season and writing for this season is beyond awful. The “Dana” character is a joke and the girl who plays her is terrible! One of the producers must have owed her something or she has pictures. Hate to say it but maybe it’s time to pull the plug on the show. It was a great run though! The death nail IMHO was putting the pathetic puke Jeanine Garofalo on the show last season. Karma is a you know what…
its time to go!!! the amount of idiotic things that take place in the hr is more than ridiculous!! ANd tlast night when Dana couldnt get the Probation officer off the phon eafter he happens to call right after they killed her ex has got to be up there with most stupid human tricks!!!!
